The prices are per apartment and day (for the specified number of persons) for a minimum stay of 7 days.
Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax 3,00 Euro per person and per night. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay: it is only payable on departure.
Final cleaning: 50 Euro (75 Euro if you bring your pet)
Extra bed: 10 – 20 Euro (depending on season).

Reservations and bookings
Reservations and bookings are only valid for us if a deposit of 30% of the total price is received. This is possible by sending a non-transferable check or a transfer to our bank account.
Arrival and departure
On arrival, the booked apartments are available from 2 p.m. - on the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartments until 10 a.m. In case of late arrival or early departure we have to charge at least 3 days.
